This space-age instrumental makes for a fittingly cinematic introduction to Kasabian's 48:13 album. Songwriter and guitarist Serge Pizzorno described it as the "opening titles" of the record, inspired by the works of film director Stanley Kubrick. (thanks to The Kasabian Wiki .)
An extended version was used as background music for one of Aitor Throup's fashion shows in January 2013.
The album was named for its running time, which is a total of 48 minutes and 13 seconds.
