This is a track from Where You Stand, the seventh studio album from the Scottish Rock band Travis. The LP had a working title of "In The Middle Of," a lyric which begins each of this song's verses. Singer Fran Healy explained to The Sun: "There was a feeling in our time away, becoming fathers, turning 40, having recorded six albums, that we were in the middle of a lot of our journeys."
