This is about the anxiety Jon Davis developed while touring. He became agoraphobic and had trouble even stepping off the tour bus.
This track is kind of strange. It's a short interlude with Jon singing. On one side it has the track playing normally and on the other side is the same track playing backwards at the same time. If you listen closely you can hear it. (thanks, Nick - Paramus, NJ, for above 2)
