This is a personal song for vocalist Mikey Chapman. It finds him recounting a story about a person he moved away from, but despite the sadness he is grateful for the times together. He told Kerrang!: "To me, this is a message to the person you've moved away from. It's done, but they're still amazing. It's sad but uplifting."
Frontman Mikey Chapman (from Kerrang! magazine): "For me, this is about that period between being awake and asleep, when you're lying there thrashing about. It's often the moment in which the inspiration for things like this song come to you."
This eight-minute epic was formed from two different songs: "She Took Him" and "To The Lake." Guitarist Joe Savins told HMV.com : "We wrote a part to connect the two. It's completely different to what we've done before and that was a really exciting feeling."
Frontman Mikey Chapman explained the song's meaning to Kerrang!: "Even though the metaphorical buildings burning down, you still have the power to change things," he said. "There is still a glimmer of hope. This is about that."
