Lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong also plays guitar and sings for a band called Pinhead Gunpowder. The same year Insomniac came out, Pinhead Gunpowder released an album containing a song called "Walkin' Catastrophe." Though the two songs were different, both were sung by Billie Joe.
