This was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental.
It wasn't until October 9, 1991 that the Allman Brothers finally appeared on The Tonite Show, hosted as the time by Johnny Carson. On the show, they performed this song accompanied by Doc Severenson's orchestra. Carson loved it.
