Not to be confused with Toby Keith's "High Maintenance Woman," this lascivious scorcher is one of the more blues-inflected songs in Adkins canon. It finds him telling a girl that he can satisfy her every need in the bedroom.
On his 2015 Live Country! DVD, Adkins explained: "I was talking to a guy, and he said, 'I bet that girl is high maintenance.' I said, 'I don't have a problem with that - I'm your maintenance man, baby. I'll take care of you.'"
Adkins says this is one of the "nastiest" songs he's ever written. "It's a little embarrassing to sing in front of your mama," he adds.
