The song was produced by Tom Rowlands of The Chemical Brothers. It was written around a sample of a 1970s Czechslovakian private pressing that Rowlands had.
Bassist Jamie Reynolds described this song to NME as: "The best example of us making our songwriting work in the groove and feel-led dance context. It never repeats itself."
This was released as a double A-sided single with "There Is No Other Time."
